you guys gotta stop thinking in these black & white categories when it comes to people/characters. There are lots of grey areas in life and in people's lives like I truly think no one can say that there isnt a single instance where they didnt mistreat another person. Yurim was definitely wrong with how she treated Heedo but it's not like she bullied her or assaulted her or anything else that cant be forgiven. She's not a bitch or a bad person, she's a flawed character that acted badly towards someone she fears could take the one thing away from her that could provide for her family. I guess I just really disagree with the whole "no forgiveness" thing even in real life I believe second chances are valid and people can change. I'd be way too depressed and cynic about humanity if I didnt believe that.

Regardless of their opposite life circumstances, online they clicked, related to, and leaned on each other for support despite the anonymous things they shared with one another. The two are in all the ways, soulmates. Like you know that one person you just totally click with bc you have so much in common with them? That's Heedo and Yurim, even tho they couldn't see it irl. That's why Yurim wasn't put off. And neither would Heedo have been if she knew first. Yuri's mom doing the one thing Heedo's mom couldn't. I bet that hug felt so healing for her.
