Progress Update for Chapter 16 - Part 1

Hi all! I meant to get you this update earlier in the week but, well, more on that in a moment.

Progress on BBN

To get straight to the point, I finished writing the script for this update last weekend and sent it out for some proof reading and feedback. In the meantime, I began working on the renders, so that is underway as well! Sneak Peeks for the first half of this update may be kind of pointless as, surprise, it picks up right where we left off with two characters in conversation. But, I'll still share some to show the progress I'm making and if I find any poses or shots I find particularly interesting.

When I get to renders for the second part of the update, there will be more sneak peeks to share, though they will have some minor spoilers in them.

Without getting into too much detail, this is going to be a shorter update than the previous one, with the goal of helping me get it into your hands a bit faster (I'm aiming for early April). This update is going to be story and character focused. The last update had two sex scenes and one of them unfolded in different ways, so it was a lot of work, and the general feedback I got is y'all are ready for more focus on the story, which is good, as that's what I want to be pushing right now.

Personal Update

On the personal front, getting old is not for the weak of heart. I meant to get this update out to y'all on Wednesday but I spent the whole day in pain, didn't sleep much at all that night, then Thursday was spent running to two different doctors before a trip to the hospital. Fortunately, it's something that is treatable just with oral antibiotics and I'm already well on the mend, but it really threw me off for several days.

In Other News

Finally, I've been playing around with something on the side. I wanted to explore using Daz's latest Genesis 9 series of figures and practice some of the skills I've learned with Ren'Py over the last couple of years. Once it's in a state to show off, I'll share more information about it here. It's more of a tech demo and a chance for me to practice and play around with some skills to see what I can bring into BBN, but as playable tech demos go, I think it's pretty cool. And, if folks like it, maybe it'll be something I work on after BBN or just when I need a mental health break.
