Hi all! I wanted to give everyone a quick progress update on the next build.
I am about to start working on the NSFW scene with Nick, and then I'm going to do release that to Patrons and then continue with the "none of the above" version. I was hoping to have both of these to you by the end of February but for some reason I've been struggling this month with insomnia and resulting fatigue. I'm aiming to get a lot of renders done this weekend, though, and have an update out to you by the end of the month (not a promise but it is a goal).
I'm really happy with how the updates to Alex are turning out in these new renders. You saw it already in the previous update and with Connor, but there are a lot of closeups in this update with Nick and Alex, and Alex just looks soooo much better and less waxy.

Absolutely! I've been working on BBN for more than two years and when I started with it, I had no experience at all with 3d art or the post-work that needs to be done in Photoshop. I've learned a lot and continue to learn as I experiment and see what I can do better with the tools I have. And always feel free to report typos on Discord. I have a couple folks who help with proof-reading but stuff always slips through.

2023-05-01 14:17:01 +0000 UTCIMHO, I think the characters looked fine, but I found in some of early chapters the clothing -- especially on Nick -- to have that "waxy"/plastic look. I'm glad to know you are working to improve this overall! I know there is a lot of hard and long work in making this game, and even when sometimes there are flaws (like the occasional typo), I still am enjoying it greatly. I am a avid reader and I have found it very difficult to find *good* gay horror novels, so finding "BnB" as a visual novel has been very enjoyable for me!

Give yourself a chance to relax and soak in positive vibes. Contemplate on how amazingly awesome BBN is and all the other things going well in life 😊
