It's ready! And, like Connor, it's big! (Really, this is basically the Connor update.)
What does that mean? This is the first update for Chapter 14, and it includes a branch for a romance with Connor. The next update will include two alternative branches: one with Nick, and one with neither of them.
Alright, now lets get you clicking, and then while it's downloading you can keep reading.
This update wound up being slightly over 2000 lines of script with more than 500 images! And here I was trying to slim it down a little!
But, here's the thing. This update includes an option to pursue a monogamous romance with either Connor or Nick. This frankly was not in my original plan and Connor was not, as I originally conceived him, too eager to get chained down. But, I was getting a lot of requests for possible monogamy routes, so these are the two characters I'm going to implement them for: Connor and Nick. Because this runs a bit counter to how I've set Connor up, this required more dialogue and images than I had expected but, even if you're not interested in a monogamy route long-term, I think it's worth exploring that dialogue tree in a side playthrough as you'll still get to see other parts of his personality.
This is also the update that has an improved skin texture for Alex, although that will only be for Chapters 14 and onward (no going back!).

Minor-Spoilerish Notes Ahead
To get the Connor branch in this update, you HAVE to have previously hooked up with him, either at the coffee shop or at his apartment with Seth, and... there is one other condition but I'm not going to spoil it except to say it is based on a decision in this update so you won't have to go back if you "made a mistake" and can't unlock the romance. Also, in Chapter 11, you need to have NOT had Nick tell Riley that Nick wanted a relationship with Alex; if you did, that is going to take precedence over a relationship between Alex and Connor.

2023-01-30 14:03:08 +0000 UTCActually, something just occurred to me that may be confusing for android users and maybe this is what prompted the question? For the previous Android updates, I've been messing something up when building the distributable packages. I was changing a variable that incorporated the version number into the name of the package. But what that did was made Android think it was an entirely new app, so folks had to start over from the beginning every time. So, the file name may say version 10, but it is v 11.
