These renders are using the recent tweaks to Alex's model I teased last month, but with some feedback I received (I lightened his skin and eyelashes a little bit).
Hope your weekend is as good as Alex's morning in these shots!

Just throw up a few more ass pics and I am sure everyone will be happy... no need to "spoil" us. ;) Besides I'm sure Alex walks around his apartment nekked a lot. Some flash back picks would work just fine.

I can understand some developers need to take a break or just want to try something a little different, but I felt that if I took a week or two to address some of the issues that had been bugging me (Alex's skin textures, an updated main menu screen, etc), that would be enough. And, other than redoing the images for the first couple of chapters at a better rendering quality, my philosophy for the most part has been "always forward, never backward." If I kept trying to bring what I've done in the past up to the standard I'm at now, I'd never make progress past a certain point. I may do a remaster when BBN is done (if there is a market to sell it on Steam), but otherwise I'm only fixing discrete and isolated issues. And glad you like the updated model! Truly only thing that's changed is the skin texture (no shaping, morphs, hair), but I think it's a huge improvement. I could not have done it with my skills at launch. It required having a library of assets to look through and, even then, some editing in Photoshop that I didn't know how to do 2 years ago, but I'm glad I did it.

2022-12-03 04:05:08 +0000 UTCNice to see work in progress. At this point when I see "seasons" in games I brace myself for some kind of delay in development, or maybe an interlude or remaster nobody asked for... but love to see this and really like the new model and the environment detail.
