Android Build of 0.4b

Good evening all!
A new stable build for the Ren'Py SDK came out and I'm now able to put together Android builds.

Now, I'm offering this with a very large caveat. I don't have an android device. I haven't been able to test this. I can't guarantee it will work. But one Patron did load it up and ran it through the end of chapter 1, so music, images, text and animations were all confirmed to work.
If you encounter any issues, let me know and try to be as detailed as possible but hopefully this works without a hitch.
