Sneak Peek: Chapter 1 Updates

As previously mentioned, while I'm writing new content for Build 0.5 (a brief update of which is below), I've also decided to go back and reshoot Chapter 1, taking advantage of the skills I've developed over the last few months.
As I'm working through that, I thought I'd share a couple of "Before and After" shots. I think you'll see environments are less washed out from lighting that is too harsh and the quality of the textures has improved significantly. I've also created entirely new sets for the hotel exterior and lobby, which you can see here:
Now, if you're not planning to go back and replay Chapter 1, don't fret! I'm also working on the entirely new content for Chapters 9 and 10. The good news is both chapters are already mostly written. The bad news is I've run into a snag related to an earlier decision that created a branching path and I need to figure out how to incorporate that decision into Chapter 10 while still bringing everything back together by the end of the chapter. So, I'm chewing on that but, on the whole, I think it's all coming together nicely.
I've got other surprises that are going to be coming with Build 0.5 (already teased to Patrons on Discord) but I'll share more details on that here on Patreon when the time is right.
