MINOR SPOILERS AHEAD FOR CHAPTER 2
When I originally wrote Chapter 2, I had fewer resources and -- frankly -- less skill. I've acquired more of both and it's helping as I look back. In addition to some adjustments of the dialogue between Nick and Ronan, I'm also using the assets I've acquired to help tell a more complete story.
As originally written, Nick engages in some reminiscing about fighting vampires and other monsters. It's handled narratively and without much detail, but I thought a little bit of a flashback sequence might be helpful and visually interesting. And so, here are some of the images I'm working on for that sequence.
Later in the chapter, as Nick and Ronan have their conversation at the elevator, there will be another flashback sequence. Those images I'm holding for release, not because they're explicit but just more emotional and I think will work better when seen in the game.
