BtS: Godrays

Work this holiday weekend was focused primarily on staging some shots for Chapter 3, editing the script, and experimenting with some of the more technical stuff that goes into creating the models and scenes for Bound by Night. Later this week, the NSFW image preview will include some of the model-related assets I picked up over the weekend, but this morning I wanted to share with you something that is more atmospheric.
This is a shot of one of the upcoming locations in Bound by Night. I said previously I really want to improve my skill working with lighting and shadows, so I began working on how to get godrays (aka sunbeams) included in a shot. By the time I did this, I'd already done half the shots I need for this scene with regular lighting, but I love this effect so much... I may reshoot everything. .
This is also increasing my desire to do a complete reshoot of Chapter 1 (in addition to the work already done on the cliffhanger, which will be included in the next release).
