Another good chapter. I think I’m enjoying this story over your others because you’re building up the antagonists in such a way that one wonders how the protagonists can ever hope to win. Voldemort is unstoppable, the Death Eaters run roughshod with little to no consequences, and Harry is not all powerful or as “dialed in” as your other stories. My one critique is that I’m ready for the build up to transition to the main story. Harry so far has almost seemed like a co-star in the story, which isn’t a bad thing as it allows you to flesh out the other characters, but I’m ready for him to take more action. That said, it seems like the end of the chapter indicates that that’s the direction your heading, so I couldn’t be more excited.
