If Harry was able to break into Azkaban, it might've behooved him to do it once again and just kill the other Death Eaters before they could escape and be a problem. The way I see it, when Voldemort breaks them out and finds Bellatrix missing he might decide to check on his other Horcruxes/protect Nagini if he's paranoid enough.
