Unfortunately, it seems like you just happened to pledge at a bad time. I'd also like to add that charges were disabled for January since nothing new is being produced. As for the refund, you'll have to wait for her to respond since Patreon has a really poor refund policy.

No contact from the creator after joining on the 11th December and no offer of a refund from Patreon, despite their name appearing on the card as the billing company. Disgusted with this! Buyer beware! Check trustpilot first for others experiences of this company, wish I had.
