Soaring Heaven's Isle: Lanlong Bailu

The scion of a temple that both worshipped, and descended from a draconic ancestor, she was kicked out of her temple for an incident where a drunk Bailu ended up suplexing the head priest through an offering table when he went to try and take her booze away.
Bailu is normally bubbly and cheerful, taking each day as it comes—but when she goes all out and calls on her draconic ancestry, she proves why they earned their other nickname: the Disaster Wings.
