Changes to Rewards

I've changed the rewards around a bit to reflect the current situation, so I do recommend you have a look at them.
While I'm here, if you do have a 5$ or higher pledge, please do contact me for an invite to the discord server, as I'm not using skype any more. Regarding the minecraft patreon server, it should be up again in the coming weeks with a new modpack, once we have one.
