Pallus and Dribbz have a reputation for their evil deeds but most don't know their actual faces, so they don't have to do much to avoid being identified in public (it helps that they're in a medieval world where photographs are extremely rare)
Ditching the witch fit is usually enough for Pallus, while Dribbz wears a simple cloak to draw less attention (his species doesn't really like actually wearing clothes)
