AVR500-S 2023 UPDATE 2 Release!

今回は主にフィジックスアップデートです。

・ステップボトムとスキッドボトムのコライダーをより正しい値に修正しました。

・デフォルトのセットアップも若干変更。

This time it is mainly a physic update.

・Corrected the step bottom and skid bottom colliders to more correct values.

・The default setup has also been slightly changed.

余談ですが現行GT500車両は全車共通のフロアを持っていてこんな構造です↓

真っ平らなリファレンスプレーン(車両詳細規定ではここをZ=0と定義)

STEP  (CARBON 30mm)

SKID BLOCK (木製の圧縮合板 high-density plywood. when new 8mm)

一番下面の木製スキッドブロックが4or5mmまで削れると車検不通過です!

4 or 5mmってどういう事?って言うと、4mmまで削れていいエリアと5mmまで削れていいエリアが車両詳細規定にあるのです↓↓

If the wooden skid block on the bottom surface is shaved 4or 5mm, the car will not pass inspection!

What does 4 or 5mm mean? There are two types of areas where 4mm or 5mm can be cut off in the vehicle detailing regulations.↓↓

しかし車検時にこの全てのエリアを精密測定するわけでは無くて(時間かかる)、スキッドブロックに開いた穴が18コあってそこの厚みを測定するって仕組み。↓

However, not all of these areas are precisely measured at the time of inspection (it takes time), and there are 18 holes in the skid block to measure the thickness of the skid block. ↓.

通常はここの深さを図ってスキッドブロックの厚みを検証する訳ですが。。。

ここで思い出してもらいたいのが昨年の鈴鹿とSUGOで発生したスキッドブロックの厚み規定違反

鈴鹿では2位NISMOの#3、SUGOでは優勝したリアルレーシングの#17。

特に#17は優勝が取り消しな訳ですから目も当てられない。。。。

常勝のトップチームがなぜ??(おっとリアルはそうでもないか・・・・)

みんな思った事でしょう。

これは私の予想ですが.......おそらくチーム側とテクニカルデリゲート側で認識が違ったのだと思います。

・チーム側は上記画像の「穴」の厚みさえ守ってればOKという認識。

・テクニカルデリゲート側は「穴」も測定するけど車両詳細規定で記された3.22.4に沿って「穴以外のエリア」も測定するよ。

こういった認識の齟齬があったのではないか?と推測します。

車両詳細規定を読み込めばテクニカルデリゲートが正しいのは自明ですし、

チーム側がFIA国際控訴裁判所(ICA)に上告しなかったのもそういう事情だったのではないかと思います。。。。

Here I would like to remind you of the skid block thickness regulation violations that occurred at Suzuka and SUGO last year.

In Suzuka, the #3 NISMO car finished 2nd, and in SUGO, the #17 Real Racing car won the race.

The #17 in particular is a terrible result, with its victory being cancelled.

Why would a top team make such a fool of themselves?

I'm sure that's what everyone thought.

This is my prediction: ....... I think there was probably a difference in perception between the team and the technical delegate.

・The team side recognized that as long as the thickness of the “hole” in the above image is maintained, it is OK.

・The technical delegate side will measure the “hole” but will also measure the “area other than the hole” in accordance with 3.22.4, which is written in the detailed vehicle regulations.

I suspect that there was a discrepancy in this understanding. I guess so.

If you read the detailed vehicle regulations, it is obvious that the technical delegate is correct,

I think this is also the reason why the teams did not appeal to the FIA International Court of Appeal (ICA). 。。。。

Hi Thank you for rating my MOD so highly👨‍❤️‍👨 Regarding LOD, this MOD already has LOD built in. However, it is not displayed because lod.ini was not appropriate. I have fixed it now. Please re-download.🙇 Next, regarding the AI ​​tire hint =, this value has been intentionally lowered. The reason is that if this value is set to 1.0, the car will roll over at the Suzuka chicane or the AutoPolis hairpin. As for ABS, at least my wheels do not vibrate if I turn it off, and the GT500 does not have driver aids such as ABS. However, I did not know that it could be hidden by setting ACTIVE=0, so I will add the ABS settings just to be sure.👍️

Amazing car. Driving feel is one of the best in AC. Just couple of small hints from me. First important thing is to add LODS. This is quite important as car has over 800k triangles. Second thing is that you can`t just leave elecctronics.ini empty. For many people including myself this gives wheel oscilation. You need to add ABS but with ACTIVE=0. Third and last thing from me is AI. Please align gears with driveterain auto_shifter and make tyres hint =1 to make AI faster. Other than that this is just EPIC car. Congratulations
