Aerem had made a deal with another universe's Vene to seek out other Venes across the multiverse and turn them into bubble-based universes... and it's this Vene's turn~
The feeling of swelling won't be stopping any time soon~ Especially not since this Vene has begun to swell to hyper-astronomical proportions~ Their own 'big bang' of sorts sending a young, bubble universe expanding through the vast empty void.
