New owl enemy, Growl, for Golorock forest.

I've been working on the new enemy, and I decided to name him Growl.
I'm still designing his fight, but I got some art ready for him!
He has a battle sprite (1 version is finished) and a walking sprite. He is missing a face sprite and all his battle animations.
