Nintendo 20.0.0 and What it Does to SysBot
Added 2025-04-30 16:57:01 +0000 UTCI had a video planned for this Friday. (Thursday on Patreon) I’m in the middle of editing it and suddenly, Nintendo decides to drop update 20.0.0. This update effectively kills Gamesharing and all CFW. That being said, here’s the game plan.
1. I have to buy multiple copies of Pokemon Scarlet (to replace the game shared versions)
2. We have to wait on ScriesM to finish reverse engineering Atmosphere for Nintendo Switch (probably won’t take too long)
3. I’ll have to update ALL of the Switches once ScriesM drops an update.
I may still upload this video this Friday, depending on if the Switches auto-update while running the SysBot UI. If they do, don’t worry. We’ll be back in action soon enough.
But at the time of writing this post, only one Nintendo Switch has updated itself and died. There’s still more running just fine :)
