I had completely forgot about this concept, however when I was playing through Disgaea 6 I thought the exact same thing after I gave Raspberyl 3 billion hl's worth of juice in a single sitting and pictured her ballooning up like a little cute juice blimp from the snacks.
So thanks for the reminder, and a way to illustrate a (Probably) canon thing that happens sometimes. XD
