A fairy attempting to gorge on a entire cake~
I forget if you've already done these before, but perhaps your version of a fairy or pixie, can't think of more short of a stack.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Some Fae folk have eaten all of Victoria's snacks and she is NOT too happy about it. They better get out of there. Hell hath no fury like a lil' fat girl's scorn.
Also here are several alternate pics just showing off the various people here, and some less fetishy edits in the form of my usual bestiary entries.....
So anyway...
Though I talked about Pixies a bit before, Here I’ll talk at length about a similar kind of fae folk, the Fairies, as well as the little guys next to them, the Gnomes.
Fairies are some of the most common types of fae, appearing as either tiny childlike creatures the size of mice, up to being the size of an average cat, and upwards of standing 6-8 feet tall on some occasions. The most well known however are the diminutive fairies known as Sprites, and they exist as the small form of the larger fairies known as Titania.
Sprites are small otherworldly fae entities that appear as pale children with large heads, huge eyes, wide mouths lined with sharp teeth and milky translucent skin. They often have long finger and toe nails, and creamy skin that looks like porcelain. They have delicate eyes, noses, and lips that appear like that of a porcelain doll, however their eyes can widen to a horrifying degree and their mouths can open wide and their jaws unhinge when necessary to swallow other small creatures whole or bite chunks from a creature’s flesh. Sprites have one or more pairs of antennae, and some have a set of tiny sensory organs set in a triangle of three eye like structures sitting in their forehead. These sensory organs and their antennae allow for sprites to see into the various overlapping planes of existence and to see creatures and spirits wandering these planes.
They possess large wing like structures on their head that work as ears, and through their fluttering they are able to hear into these other planes as well.
They have rainbow wings that flutter swiftly, appearing as a rainbow trailing with them and causing a resonant humming which cause various emotions in creatures such as extreme rage, calmness, sadness, or even extreme happiness. They also possess many ethereal pairs of wings that move spectrally along with the light that seems to emanate from a sprite’s wings. They can freely flutter and flit through the dimensions, and it is believed that this is why their wings show other realities and the planes of the fractal tree of life through themselves. Because of this sprites are incredibly elusive and may disappear just as quickly as they had appeared.
Sprites are similar to insects or locusts, and like many fae have a ravenous appetite. Sprites however are known to swarm and like starving piranhas, can pick large creatures down to the bone in a few moments as they glut on their flesh and blood. Sprites are gluttonous little creatures, and while they tend to be carnivores, they will eat anything and do have a penchant for sweets, and as such will consume just about anything offered to them, eating until they are too fat and bloated to move in some situations. Sprites are cautious creatures and won’t often approach humans, though they can be lured in with promise of food and drink. When in large groups they become more bold and can even attack people in swarms.
Sprites possess some light based magical ability, and they are able to fire beams of searing light or create blinding flashes and scintillating patterns with their wings, but can also manipulate their wings to create various magics as well by tearing asunder the realities to allow for elements to flow freely.
The fairy dust left behind by their wings is a glittery substance which can be used in various ways. Creating and casting spells, potions, and magic items occasionally utilizes fairy dust to empower them or to create desired effects, and it is also able to grant creatures the power of flight for a short time when sprinkled on them. It can be ingested or snorted to allow one visions into other dimensions or glimpses into the future, however prolonged use can twist and contort your form, turning you into a tree, an animal like creature, or transforming you into something hideous and disgusting, a feral creature who’s mind is lost and who’s flesh pales and runs glittered with the blood of the fae. These creatures are known as Spriggan, and can be created in other ways by fae, but are often humanoid creatures twisted and contorted into these hideous forms and are sometimes controlled by fae as servants. In some situations it can be used however to allow a creature to transform fully into a fae. Their wings are sometimes collected for spells or experiments with dimensional travel, and the wings are occasionally used to create glasses that allow one to see into other dimensions.
Sprites can be quite friendly with humans, though their moral codes are quite different and they may hurt humans purely by accident as even the most durable human tends to be frail compared to most fae. They are playful but often cruel, causing creatures to fly, only to drop them to jagged rocks below or allowing them to fly off into space. Some fairies are quite friendly however and may actually befriend a creature and grant it some of it’s magic or it’s protection.
Along with the sprites we see another type of Fae, the Gnome.
Gnomes are small, pitch black creatures with wide eyes, pointed ears, claws on their hands and feet, and they stand no taller than two spans of an average man’s hand. They often keep themselves cloaked and covered, allowing only their eyes to peek out of their cloaks or hoods, however they possess sharp teeth and wide mouths, as well as occasionally sporting long tails with bits of fluff at the end. Gnomes are impish little faerie folk that live in hidden towns in the woods that delve into the underground. They are directly opposite to the Sprites, which exist as ethereal beings of light, and Gnomes are more shadowed and chthonic fae that scramble about in dark corridors underground.
Gnomes are known for being scavengers, building or creating whatever they need with a swift intuition, and it is believed that Gnomes were among the first of the Fae to learn that Iron was such a deadly poison to their people, and are seen as some of the first creatures that could harness rust magic to destroy the iron of man. Gnomes are deeply in tune with the natural world, and are considered spirits of the Earth, being one with the shade of the caverns and of the shadows themselves. They have the power to draw minerals and ore from the ground to the surface, and to utilize shadows to cause illusions both auditory and visually. Because of this it is believed that no one has ever truly seen what a gnome looks like, and they have only seen bits and pieces of them due to the shadow magic coursing through their body and their heavy clothes, with the most some creatures ever seeing of them being their eyes as their mouth opens wide revealing a slightly glowing green tongue and mouth.
Though they can draw minerals from the earth, they are not adept at mining, nor do they possess any great physical prowess, though they forged an alliance with the hairy earthen creatures, born from the festering maggots of primal earth and liberated from their creators, the True Dwarves or Dhvaras, and stole away the names of their predecessors, granting them the name of dwarf. In their freedom the dwarves forged a bond with the Fae and with the Gnomes and would aid them in mining the minerals that they brought t the surface, and would stand against the armies of man as they were not weak to iron as the Fae were.
Gnomes are capable, if not small creatures known for trickery and for stealing common objects from humans and escaping deep into the dark. Many gnomes could be hiding in your home right now by standing in the shadows and closing their eyes, disappearing into the darkness in an instant, and melding with the earth to avoid trouble. They are able to build strange machines through their magic and odds and ends, and as such will often piece together small kingdoms from discarded goods and various items, thinking many of the discarded items of mankind as treasures. They can craft great devices when in tandem with other creatures and it was from their blood and curses that the great castle of Camelot was made a symbol of man’s treachery and greed and transformed into the twisted endless fortress that plagued man for centuries…
Gnomes can be great companions. Though they are fae and hold different morals than other creatures, they are less likely to outright attack humans or other humanoid creatures unless empowered by numbers. Like other Fae, they have a constant want for things, new and old, and have no true concept of fullness and can often over eat if led to large quantities of food, or given too many snacks or gifts. They may be willing to trade items, though the actual worth of their items or what’s given may be very different to you.
Alchemists have captured gnomes in the past and attempted to break down their essence to create life as they grant life to their various machines. Through it they created the Pygmy, and eventually through similar means they were able to create a homunculi, though those have no relation to Gnomes.
