This is Taffy Tibberino, the local reporter. The level of energy she always exudes is as large as her bust. She's a popular news anchor who always gets the best scoop and goes into dangerous situations for the sake of the viewer. What a lass.
I'm sure she'll be funny to bring around more in the future as a background character for stuff like this.

Glad people seem to like her. I thought she'd be a fun and silly addition to the Warranyaverse even if she's only adjacently connected to any of them. That's a great idea XD. She will be fun to have doing things like that and expanding in the background too sometimes on TV XD

I can see her showing up to report on more disasters, with increasingly ludicrous excuses to keep stuffing her face!
