What about a Coraline-esqu scenario but with a fattening twist? That would still be pretty spooky.

Here we have a young girl who's having a feast from Meaty's Burger child brought by her parents! She thinks there might be something wrong here, but every time she thinks about it, her belly growls for more food. If only she could find her little sister somewhere around here, she could remind her what she was trying to think of...
Here we have a gristly scene from the infinite suburbia. In the realm of madness' ever turning and transforming landscape, we have the fleshwastes of the meat mother, the black forest of Dalaht Rhake, the corpsefields of Naggoob, and the blasted plains... There exist infinite wastelands and endless pits of nightmare in these realms where madness comes to rest as a physical concept along the minds of the ancient beings rotting in eternity, and one curious and far less ancient location is known as the Infinite or contagious suburbia. This is a location that appears to be an endless landscape of suburban homes and cul-de-sac areas that repeats ad infinitum into the distance. The buildings may appear in wrong, or strange locations such as sticking sideways out of a wall or upside down on the ceiling of a huge cave. Though most know nothing of where it stems from, some connect them to the concept of the backrooms or government programs to create "Sub dimensional residential areas" in the past. Regardless, they are a hellish nightmare of repetition, emptiness, and occasionally human like entities. These creatures appear to be strange, almost human parodies that can be found in other areas among the realm of madness, almost all of which appear as giants dressed as people and performing various tasks. These people are known as Denizens, Civilians, Suburbanites, or Residents by most, and by some they're called "Others" or "False humans". They speak like humans but don't seem to fully understand the languages, merely speaking in phrases and concepts primarily from the 1950's to the 1960's. They seem to form faux nuclear families with a husband, a wife, and two children, though occasionally these tropes will break down, especially the further you get from the suburbia where other creatures from the realm may invade.
These creatures have disgusting bodies, exaggerated in size and shape with long crooked faces or fat heads. Their forms are all varied with some even having different sized arms or legs on either side. Motives are unknown, though they tend to kill any creature that they come across with a swift brutality, save for human children which they often take with them to their homes and treat them as their own, or feed them to their own children. It is unknown if they are affiliated with the meat mother despite often times bringing their food back to consume or to give to children they've captured, but it's theorized that they could be some strange final form of Gutworms or slavering greeters that are taken over time. The truth is unknown, however their level of danger is immense as they can take many wounds before succumbing to them, they are quick, and they are brutally efficient in what they do.
There have been urban legends of large, lanky people arriving in their town and causing a massacre or causing disappearances, or even of areas that seemed to suddenly begin expanding with new houses and strange residents, and it is believed that their dimension can leak into our own on occasion, but little is known about them or the dimension that they call home. Members of the organization known as P.R.I.M.E. have entered the contagious suburbia before and gathered information, but so far it has only brought more questions, or they have covered up information pertaining to it for decades....
