Oooh, how about some sort of parasite that turns its host into a ravenous eating machine until they explode and have become a new parasite themselves and just because ite fucked up, it likes to go after lolis~ XD

They don't exclusively target lolis, however they definitely don't discriminate.

These are Gutworms, also known as fleshworms, Beefworms, and Meatsnakes. Gutworms are the creatures gestating within someone who's eaten too much of the cuisine at Meaty's Burger Child known as a "Mother".

The meat that is served at Meaty's Burger Child isn't simply ground beef, but hundreds upon thousands of grub or worm like entities with a malleable shape that come together to make a singular burger. They work as eggs in a way, and the grease that is used to cook them is known as ambrosia, and basically fertilizes the meat, causing it to become active in the same way sperm fertilizes an egg. A creature then ingests the thousands of eggs and begins the incubation process in which the worms begin feeding on one another and growing in the stomach acid. It releases extremely fattening enzymes, which cause the creature to put on weight at an exponential rate, and their system is altered so that their sweat becomes more grease like and their flesh becomes softer and smoother. In the initial periods of consuming the gutworms, a human's complexion improves drastically, their skin elasticity improves and they produce massive amounts of pheromones and have increased physical capabilities which often leads to procreation or other similar activities which aid the gutworm's growth. After a short time, the creature begins putting on weight, and the effects of the beef and the ambrosia cause it to change even more, getting much more greasy and it's mind devolves to only focus on eating.

During this time the Gut worm continues growing inside of the creature, until it grows to full term. A Gutworm pregnancy can come in several different forms, the most common of which are explained as follows.

A normal Gutworm pregnancy allows the worm to grow to a massive size, often times reaching sizes of 12-18 feet long but being able to reach sizes of over 20-40 feet long in special circumstances. Gutworms grow inside of a creature along with several smaller gutworms, which may or may not assimilate themselves into the Gutworm's body which can be seen in the form of smaller heads and mouths and several smaller phallic like tentacles that were the bodies of previous smaller gutworms that have merged with the superior offspring. As it gets bigger and bigger, and the creature harboring it gets fatter. The worm melds partially into the creature's system, and organs such as intestines, the stomach, lungs, and heart can become a part of a gutworm as it grows, with those organs becoming partially grafted into the worm's body. When ready, or if the mother gets in over her head and eats so much her body ruptures leading to a premature birth. Premature births tend to actually be more common than a full term Gutworm birth. Gutworms are intelligent fleshy creatures with innate psychic abilities and the capability to speak telepathically to creatures for miles. They continue their consumption and consume flesh, sometimes just melding with the bodies of humans through manipulation of their pheromones and their own malleable bodies as they continue to grow. These Gutworms long to return to the mother, and help to draw in creatures to feed on her flesh, burst with young and then meld back into her flesh anew in the endless cycle untill all is returned to her. 

The smaller Gutworm is a part of a greater Gutworm swarm. In instances where the Gutworms have not consumed eachother due to having similar capability levels, sometimes a cluster of 20 or more gutworms, sometimes getting all the way up to over 1,000 in insane circumstances, grow to be about 2 feet long. They may feed on one another still, consuming the smaller of their kin, however they grew at equal rates and as such work more as a swarm like unit than a singular entity. These swarms also come about in situations in which the "Mother" has been gestating gutworms but goes overboard with her eating, stuffing herself to the point of physical shutdown early in the process and leaving only premature gutworms to explode from within. Alternatively they may break free if too many of them reach a similar size without consuming one another and the sheer volume of squiggling lamprey like parasites burst their womb. Once birthed they remain as a swarm to a certain extent, and work as a hivemind, scattering and consuming everything in their way. These swarms also lead to some of the most popular and memorable members of the Burger Child Family, the Burger Children themselves, as these swarms can occasionally take a humanoid shape by binding together hundreds of thousands of tiny wriggling baby gutworm grubs into the form we all know and love. So that means that at the center of every Burger child, is one of these wiggly bastards.

The other Gutworm to the right is a picture of a Gutworm Alpha. These Gutworms were so adept at consuming their own kind that they grew quickly enough to swiftly meld with the human and become akin to a pregnancy to it. It slowly parisitized all of it's siblings and melded with the host so much that all of it's organs became one with the Gutworm, and when her stomach burst and freed the creature, she was granted an unwanted immortality as she was grafted to the beast, now worn like an ornament where she spends her eternal life in torment, pain, and broken sanity as her body droops and sags. Gutworm alpha are seen as priests of the fleshmother and can occasionally learn dangerous eldritch magic, and often times control most of the other gutworms in an area.

Finally we see a very rare kind of Gutworm, the Gutworm Hydra. Some people can endure extreme levels of gluttony, either by sheer will, their own physical limitations being extreme and only growing to excessive lengths by their merger with the greater flesh of the gutworms. In doing so multiple gutworms are able to fuse together and grow to full size, melding with organs and intestines, and eventually rupturing free from the stomach in a grand display. These Gutworms are several heads surrounding a massive pulsating lump of flesh, sometimes decorated still with the body of the mother who birthed them. These Gutworms work as heralds of the fleshmother itself, and take command as the new Alpha of most establishments that possess them. They can undergo a process in which they vomit fourth beefseeds which can be taken by tattered mothers (Mothers that survive the rupturing and become insane monsters) and planted to make a new meaty's establishment which will aid in the slow conquering of a planet. 

Gutworms do not alwyas have humanoid faces, and often times only do because we see humanoids eating them. Gutworms tend to possess qualities similar to that of the kind of creature that ate them, and as such ancient gutworms appear a bit different than the ones we see today. 

It is believed that in some situations, Gutworms have even grown arms and legs and have become more mobile, or simply used the host body in the same way a hermit crab does, in which they are called a Gutworm host, and some reach titanic sizes after melding with a mother's throat and becoming titan worms or sometimes as they're called, conqueror worms....
