I'm a huge fan of the Dictionnaire Infernal and similar books so this was fun!
This is Marchosias, a powerful Marquis of Hell and a fallen angel.
Marchosias takes the form of a man, a she wolf, and has serpentine tails, and can breathe fire from it's mouth which it can concentrate into a powerful beam of plasma, and also do so with it's enormous tail. A powerful opponent, Marchosias is a deadly foe and a violent beast.
One of the celestials, inflicted with the great hunger by the Ungerlord, it was one of the watchers that became enveloped in lust and birthed the Nephilim and other horrid beings unto the world. It became inflicted by the massive beast and the lycanthropy corruption spilled fourth within it to transform it into a beast. Banished to Hell after the fall of Ba'al Zebub, and it's violent transformation, it hopes to one day break free from the pits of hell and to once again sit in a celestial throne.
Marchosias controls legions of demons, and while it possesses all of the abilities of the Cherubim, it also possesses the deadly infliction of the Lycanthrope, and it can twist mortals whom it wounds in battle into celestial wolves that follow the Ungerlord....
Though You cannot see them here, Marchosias can open a myriad of eyes on it's wings just as other Celestials can.
