This creature is known as a Custodian, a Janitor, or sometimes as a Porkwalker by some.

The Custodians are hideous masses of flesh and pork, intertwined with feral swine and integrated with technology. These large creatures march through the halls and tunnels of the greater Burger Child establishments playing advertisements from the television screens attached to them. These advertisements are the typical Meaty's affair with broken grammar and poor English, asking to come to the restaurant and consume the food or get a little bit more, however the effects from the flashing screen and the noise frequencies played from these creatures can be hypnotic and through enough repetition they can get creatures to follow their suggestions.

The Custodians are called so due to the way they march through the halls searching for wayward people who may have gotten lost in the restaurant, or to clean up those unfortunate souls whom were slain not by eating too much but for some other reason or another. They march through the halls, consuming any scraps of flesh, which will push up into their meat grinder and slowly grind into more beef to craft food and Burger children.

Often times the Swine or the followers of the Flesh will use one of these creatures to highjack a local Television broadcast to lure people to the restaurant. In Extreme cases they may be allowed out into the streets, but this usually only happens when a location has become completely overrun.

The Custodians are a merger of a burger Child and the DNA of a Swine, transformed into a hideous, festering beast of burden.
