Katrina Week IX 27-29

Katrina becoming an amalgamation with multiple animal traits and goes on a rampage!

For  those who don't remember, Katrina is what is known as a "Devour Lord"  which is a specific power title for a creature that can consume other  creatures and gain their power (Like Kirby but more messy). Here's where  a bit of that info is.

Here  we see Katrina putting some of those skills to use. While she usually  fights with her fighting style known as Spin Boxing, or sometimes Spin  Kickboxing, a martial art she developed in which she can use her own  magic along with her weight to channel all of her weight into a single  point by spinning and gaining momentum before she hits to land deadly  blows. She usually uses her legs as they have better reach considering  there's so much meat to get past with her arms, and she's adept at  kicking, flipping, and is quite quick and mobile on a battlefield  despite her immense weight. You do NOT want her to spin kick you, or  flip through the air and bring her heel down on your head. Attacks like  that can absolutely destroy some of her enemies and even tear through  armor and vehicles in some cases. However because of her ability, she  can also consume creatures at any point to gain their abilities. While  some abilities can be kept permanently (A number of them can be kept  based on how powerful she is and how adept with the power she is), she  can also gain temporary abilities from it.The process is a bit painful  and quite horrifying sometimes as with other forms of transmutation the  form emerges from within her and tends to leave flesh and blood behind,  however if she needs it she can easily gain more power in a fight.

She  requires at least a pound of flesh from a creature to manifest their  abilities, and as such she often keeps a few on her person of ones that  could come in handy. (Think like a more visceral version of Amajiki from  My hero academia). When in a bind or if things aren't cutting it,  she'll eat the meal and manifest the powers for a while. Here she's made  her legs more powerful and muscular by emulating the legs of a raptor  of some sort so she can use the deadly claws. She's taken on the arms of  some giant ape creature with lanky arms, and she's manifested a  powerful tail of some Kangaroo like lizard creature to allow her better  support when she tries to kick with her claws. All together these limbs  allow her more mobility and better reach as well as more damage on  successful strikes!

When  not in melee combat, Katrina is adept at using her Airblazar, which is a  kind of powerful alchemical gun that channels elemental power through  it. It was granted some power from the god of fire, and is a semi-living  bio creature, though it has no mind or personality and simply reacts to  it's wielder, and is just as adaptable as Katrina is herself, able to  re-configure it's self from an anti material revolver to other weapons  such as a sniper rifle, machine gun, or semi-automatic weapon, and it  can even split it's self into two smaller guns. It doesn't use  ammunition, but moreso the power of it's wielder to transmute energy  into bullets, so it actually helps Katrina burn calories.... something  she needs to do often. It can be detrimental to her health if she uses  it for too long....

Her  final ability with the Airblazar ties into her ability to transform  into other biotic things she eats, and she can sync with her gun to  enter a sort of biotic power armor that merges with her body....

While  not quite a horrible enemy, I didn't have time to draw a cool monster  for her to fight, soooo, she's fighting soldiers. Which is likely as  there are plenty of scenarios where she has to fight Nemerians or  humanoid creatures over creatures... This could be seen as a  continuation of the previous Kat Fight Pic...

I  had previously mentioned the Airblazar gun, and just as mentioned, this  is it's ultimate form as a transformative weapon. It merges with  Katrina and allows it's self to become armor.

The Airblazar was crafted using the body and soul of an ancient Salamander ,  And combined with arcane knowledge and some ancient power crafted from  the Arcane Furnace of the World Serpent herself. And as such it is an  extremely powerful fire elemental. When Katrina binds with it, she can  literally burn her fat as a fuel, as well as any other energy inside of  herself, and release it as powerful, searing beams of pure elemental  fire. Her body becomes covered in what appears to be scales of some  sort, and her legs become longer and more powerful. Her tail grows huge  and has a series of smoke stacks that release the excess energy and a  burning flame at the tip of the tail where the energy exhaust is  released. Her arms become bulky and can open into a series of hands  surrounding a deep mouth. These parts of her are as malleable as  herself, and she can manifest them into various things (Such as her  transforming her arm into a giant maw with a hand like tongue to drag in  her foe. The suit gives her great strength and agility, and lets her  react to things much faster, and she can move quite easily despite her  roundness.

Though  she is loathe to do so, she can eat enemies to gain more power, using  their potential arcane energy as additional energy. She doesn't like  eating humans or other sentient things, and she can feel them sitting in  her stomach and it makes her feel bad and kinda sick... but she does if  she has to.

Katrina  can go berserk from this form because of the arcane combustion within  her. She will start to feel like she's in pain and only destruction and  allowing the flames to burn away the world around her will alleviate  this pain, sending her into a rampaging fury (Much like in the pic).  When combined with her other shapeshifting powers, things can get  CRAZY....

Katrina bursting out of her trencher gear and turning into a monstrous version herself so she can eat the army she’s fighting.

Alrighty,  soooo we can take this as the last part of her fighting that army! She  can choose to take on ALL the qualities of a creature she consumes the  flesh of if she wants... and in this case she chose a Titanscale Lizard  Folk. The largest and most  powerful of Lizardfolk...

Patreon people have seen these lizardfolk, however You guys will soon too :3

She's  consuming the enemy army and has stuffed herself on their soldiers to  fuel her power and take out her foe. She's going to have a rough night  when she shrinks back down to normal size, and she's probably going to  be quite sick and ashamed of herself for eating people like that, it  always takes a toll on her emotionally. However sometimes it's necessary  to achieve victory against a particularly powerful army.... Chances are  they had some sort of Kaiju or titan on their side she had to fight and  her other stuff wasn't cutting it...

So enjoy this canon instance of Katrina becoming a Kaiju. XD
