It definitely can be XD. There are terrible things that happen there, but there are a number of super powered beings, spellcasters, and gods who do a lot to keep it from falling apart completely. But some places are way worse than others.

Wouldn't assume as such from Katrina's not-so-little escapades, but before this she was pretty much all I knew about the world. So may I ask; Is it?
