(SFW) Ultimate Blue: FINAL RAID

This time featuring a lesser used OC of my own, Ultimate Blue, I finally got to iron out some of her color palette, as well as FINALLY getting to crack open those shoulder blasters!
Anyway, hope you all like it! I have a few more pieces like this lying around, I might upload them in the near future too!
