Given the date yesterday, I figured it was unfortunately a better idea to shift my usual posting to uh, today instead, avoiding any confusion lol

Especially since one of the things I want to discuss today is the structure of my patreon!

I'd say pricing changes, but for once, the actual prices aren't really going to be involved.

See, the current problem I have is after doing this for so long, I've kind of realized I enjoy working on the bigger pieces more, or at least I prefer working on a smaller number of bigger pieces, as compared to my current setup, which involves me doing like, 20 sketches a month.

Right now I'm still just feeling out the idea, so any feedback would be welcome.

The idea I've had so far would mainly concern the $100 and $25 tiers, and even then, mostly just the actual number of slots in them.

Under the new structure, there'd be 15 $100 slots, and 10 $25 slots, as compared to the current setup of 5 $100s and 20 $25s. It's a big increase in the higher level jobs, but I think I'm at a comfortable point in terms of my production speed that I'd like to be able to chill out and focus on working on bigger pieces like that, as compared to the huge number of smaller, faster pieces.

However, as a tradeoff for that, I'll be opening a new, lower tier for people to make suggestions for and participate in polls. I'm thinking around $10, and any patrons subscribing to that tier get the first 5 days of the month to write in with character suggestions, and then from the 5th to the 15th, I'll put 5 of them together on a poll. for these patrons to vote on. The winner of that vote would then get done up in a full color $100 tier job as well!

...Or at least, that's the gist of my plan so far. I tried using polls before, but they never really worked out. Hopefully this time it'll be a bit more successful now I have the experience and reach to get these going!

Either way, I'd like to get some feedback and hear back from yall on what you think about these ideas, if people would be interested in having more access to my higher tier pics, or would even be interested in participating in a poll tier.

As for implementing this, I'm thinking probably not until September, since that's always been my patreon anniversary month. XD

Until then, we can discuss what works, but yeah I do feel like I need to make a change to things so I don't struggle with burnout as much.

Well, with that out of the way, onto the fun stuff! As per usual, I'll be sending out request emails to reward tier patrons on the 5th once Patreon finishes sorting out its billing, and I'll be posting the new flavors for this month below as a preview so people can start planning their ideas.

Unrelated to all of this though, I dug up some files from my time participating in a CYOA quest thread ten years ago and have since been revamping and working on it in my spare time. It's a bit of a personal project, and I might post bits and pieces from it in my downtime if people are still interested in things like that.
