September 2020 Update!

We made it through another month of 2020 guys, WOO!

That aside, on a somewhat relevant note, despite my decision and constant checking and double checking over the last 3-4 months, ultimately I've decided NOT to implement the proposed price hike.

The increased rates would have been greatly appreciated for me, since this is pretty much my job nowadays, but unfortunately due to the state of the world as it is now, what with COVID messing with people's ability to work (especially those in the US, my deepest condolences to you all) I figured it was better to appreciate the income I have as is rather than increasing prices and becoming too expensive for already strained wallets.

I'm not entirely sure when I'll increase rates, because I do need to do so eventually, but whenever I do, I'll give lots of advance notice as usual, so no need to worry about that. Given COVID though, I doubt I can risk that until next year at least. 9_9

Anyway, onto brighter news! Got a lot of really good pieces I can't wait to post this month, as well as got a brand new flavor list to post, with one small change being made: In addition to the usual listing of individual characters, I'm also adding in five whole series that I'm just going to leave up there permanently so if nothing else people will always have a safe option to pick from XD

I'll get to that in a moment, but before I do, I'd just like to take this moment to stress that I've noticed some of my patrons sometimes have trouble coming up with an idea, and often just pick some random thing that occurs to them, sort of like they paid the money already and then realized they didn't know what to ask for.

Believe me I know what that's like, no shame in that!

That said though, in cases like those, I really must insist: if you don't have any clear idea of what you'd like, instead of thinking up something random, PLEASE take a look at the Flavor of the Month list to see if there's anything there that appeals to you, or just straight up tell me 'Hey, I'm not too sure what I want, just draw something from flavors for my slot!' or some kind of discussion along those lines.

Other than that, friendly reminder that I have a Discord server for all patrons $5 and up, where we mostly hang out, chat, and recently I'm beginning to stream my work live there instead of via picarto, as I'm getting tired of how much memory that eats. Check it out sometime!
