August 2020 Update!

Yeah I figured I'd look into putting actual year dates on these update titles going forward, since that could get pretty confusing pretty quickly...

Anyway, another month gone by, and I couldn't be happier with some of the changes I made, i.e the Flavor of the Month thing I implemented. Just like last month, I'll be adding a list at the end of this post of some characters and stuff I'd love to draw, but haven't had the time, and if you like any of them, feel free to use your request to grab one of them!

That aside, I figured that given September is right around the corner, and the world's changed quite a bit (and not necessarily for the better) I figure it's a good idea to remind everyone of my proposed price changes from next month, and to check once again that it's fairly reasonable for everyone.

Reminder for anyone who hasn't seen it here in the June update post, the proposed changes will be:

$100 -> $120

$70 ->$90

$30 ->$50

$15 -> $30

What HAS changed since then is along with the price increase going forward, especially for the lower former $30 and $15 tiers, is that I'll be offering the option for them to use any of their slots for the NEXT month to instead of buying a new sketch, request me to line and/or color any of their sketches so far. It'll cost less than if they were in one of the higher tiers, but it'll take two months instead of one, so I figure the cost in time will balance it out compared to the higher tier ones who get their jobs done on the spot.

I'm still working out how that'll affect my time budgeting, but ultimately my hope is that it not only makes the price change worth it, but also gives me opportunity to do more full color and shaded pieces for practice, since lord knows my shading needs it, haha.
