April Status Update!

Hello again, everyone! 

Yeah, it's been a crazy month or two hasn't it D:

Anyway, to business: First off, after some extremely infuriating screwups at my $100 tier last month and now this month as well (especially considering I haven't opened for business officially yet) I've had to make some slight changes.

First off, for people in the $70 and $100 tiers going forward PLEASE contact me first to discuss your idea. This is because my Patreon is set to pay up front, so the moment you pledge to a slot, you get charged. While this helps me stop leechers from hopping in and out just to view my art for free, unfortunately this also means if you do that and then request something I have almost no interest in, or I think is dumb, I have a responsibility to give it a shot anyway, since you paid already.

In order to stop this however, from now on if you DO NOT contact me in advance to discuss the idea first, and just charge on in anyway, I will flat out refuse the idea (unless it's a good one anyway). I don't think I can refund very reliably either considering how my Paypal is set up, and my region, so I cannot guarantee that either.

With that said, again, given the way my slots work, please, if you see one of my higher reward slots open at all, be advised that if you join after the 15th of a month, you'll have to wait till the next month for a reward...and if you join a slot, PLEASE STAY IN IT FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH. This is because if, say, you decide to join the $100 tier, dump your request on me and then leave the tier, that tier is now open for someone else to fill and ask for another $100 request, doubling my workload and in general, just plain screwing up everything.

Thanks to that, I've had to unpublish the $100 for this month to prevent that happening. Don't worry, it'll be back, probably by the end of the month most likely.

With that said, I'll probably just make some adjustments to the tier descriptions that reflect these new policies going forward, so don't worry if this wall of text is too much XD

Anyway, now that the unpleasant bit is over, onto better things!

I didn't officially open for business yesterday since I figured doing that on April 1st was PROBABLY not a smart move, and I've screwed myself up before doing just that lol

So now it's the 2nd, and it's time to throw open some doors! As usual, I'll be sending out a message after this to my reward patrons asking for their requests this month, so consider this a heads up. The rules are the same as usual, send em in before the 15th, and the sooner the better so I can finish them faster!
