August Schedule Change

As you know, I've been struggling to keep up with posting five new chapters a week, and I'm now down 4. While I am trying to do better, the problem is just that I have found book 6 far more difficult to write than those that came before it. These days, each chapter is taking me between 8 and 12 hours.
I've tried to push myself to do better, but for now, I think I just need to be honest with both myself and you. I would rather have 4 good chapters released at consistent times, instead of pushing myself to do more and failing.
So, for August, I plan to only release four chapters a week, on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. (No Wednesday chapter.) If I can get in a groove and knock out five chapters a week, I will, allowing us to catch back up to the +25 ahead of RR, but I won't promise that.
At the end of the month, I'll reassess where we're at and see if we can go back to the old schedule at that time. By then we should be nearing the end of the volume, and I think things will flow more naturally once we get into volume 7.
Also, just an FYI, once 6 is over, there will be a 1 week break in preparation for 7, this will likely be sometime in mid September.

That is the goal, but posts have been delayed over recent weeks. Sorry about that. I am trying to do better, and this should be the last day we have a problem.

2025-08-07 12:54:03 +0000 UTCOne thing you could do, if failing to meet your schedule remains an issue, is do a small punishment for each missed chapter, like something you feel you could crack out in an hour, like a micro-story, or a short poem, or a different character's POV of a past event in the main story.
