Down the Neko Hole v0.17.01

It's time to move on! I've decided to allow Neneko to proceed to the next Stratum, once you've overcome the events of End City!

Have fun and there WILL be bugs once you step in there, that area is currently under development, but this way you'll have an easier time seeing how it grows and get polished as we keep working on it!

The Stratum I Plateau can now be reached after the events in the Abyss Lift
If you've cleared their Route during Act I Shina (cow), Kaere (frog) and Anzu (bat) will be following Neneko in Act II
You can now descend to Stratum I (which is still in a very early stage)

v0.17.01:

Reworked projectiles
Reworked ranged units pathfinding. If they're able they'll move in order to shoot in a straight or oblique line to Neneko, with a "precision" stat that depends on their projectile's size
Added "Safety Third" and "Safety Third - Night v." BGMs
The BGMs now change automatically during day/night cycles in the overworld maps
Fixed Neneko not getting hit by projectiles when attacking/charging attacks
Fixed Neneko releasing charged attacks after getting hit
Added "exploding" projectiles that will be used for future enemies/traps
[UNLOCKED build only] CG #67 "Endangered Anzu" can now be unlocked in the Gallery
