Tyler sighed as he plopped down onto his couch, scrolling through his phone. His younger sister, Mia, had left her phone charging on the coffee table. It buzzed with notifications, each one showing off a new selfie Mia had taken that day. Tyler smirked, picking up her phone.

“Always posing,” he muttered. “How do girls even take so many pictures of themselves?”

Mia was always teasing him for being too "serious" and for never understanding the fun of capturing the perfect angle. Feeling playful, Tyler decided to mimic her. He opened the camera app on her phone, posed dramatically with a mock pout, and snapped a selfie.

As soon as the camera’s flash went off, Tyler felt a strange jolt run through his body. His vision blurred momentarily, and the air around him seemed to shimmer. When he blinked, he noticed something off. The phone in his hand felt different, lighter, and his grip seemed… smaller.

Confused, Tyler glanced down at himself and froze. His body was entirely different. His hands were slender, his nails long and painted a soft pink. His legs were smooth, toned, and exposed beneath a high-cut bodysuit that hugged his every curve. His chest felt heavier, the fabric of the bodysuit stretching to accommodate the full breasts that were now unmistakably his own. His long, wavy hair cascaded over his shoulders, and a quick glance at the reflective screen of the phone revealed Mia’s face staring back at him.

“What the hell?” Tyler’s voice came out soft and melodic, exactly like Mia’s. He dropped the phone, scrambling to his feet and rushing to the nearest mirror. The reflection confirmed it—he was in Mia’s body, right down to her perfectly done makeup.

Panic set in as Tyler touched his face, his hips, his chest, trying to make sense of what had just happened.

“This can’t be real,” he whispered, his hands trembling. But everything felt real—the way the bodysuit clung to his skin, the bounce of his hair, the faint scent of Mia’s perfume.

He grabbed Mia’s phone from the floor, frantically scrolling through it for any clues. As he swiped, he noticed a new app had appeared on the home screen. The icon was a glowing camera, and its name read "Selfie Spell."

Tyler tapped on it, and a message popped up:

"Welcome to the Selfie Spell! Your body is now tied to the selfies you take. To return to normal, you must master the art of posing and complete the challenges set for you. Enjoy embracing your inner beauty!"

“You’ve got to be kidding me,” Tyler groaned. “I don’t even like taking pictures!”

A notification appeared, reading: "Challenge 1: Take a flawless selfie in the mirror."

Tyler rolled his eyes. “Fine. Let’s just get this over with.”

He opened the camera app and turned it to selfie mode. Kneeling in front of the mirror, he tried to smile, but the photo came out awkward and stiff. The phone buzzed with another message:

"Try harder! Confidence is key!"

“Confidence, my ass,” Tyler muttered, but he adjusted his posture anyway. He placed a hand on his hip, tilted his head slightly, and pouted, mimicking poses he’d seen Mia do a thousand times. He snapped another picture. This time, the phone chimed happily.

"Challenge 1 complete! You’re starting to shine!"

The relief was short-lived as the next challenge appeared: "Challenge 2: Post a selfie to social media and respond to compliments."

“Oh, come on,” Tyler groaned, but he had no choice. He uploaded the picture to Mia’s account, immediately getting bombarded with likes and comments.

"Gorgeous as always!" "Slaying it, girl!" "How do you always look this good?"

Blushing despite himself, Tyler typed responses, each one more awkward than the last.

"Thanks! You’re too sweet!"

The phone buzzed again: "Challenge 2 complete! Now for the final task: Embrace your inner beauty by striking a bold pose for the ultimate photo."

Tyler’s heart sank. He had to push himself even further?

He stood in front of the mirror, studying Mia’s body. He placed a hand on his hip, arched his back, and let his long hair fall over one shoulder. He raised the phone and snapped the picture, this time adding a small, confident smile. The phone dinged with approval.

"Congratulations! You’ve mastered the art of the selfie!"

Before Tyler could react, the shimmering sensation returned. His vision blurred, and the room spun. When he opened his eyes, he was back in his own body, wearing his usual clothes.

“Thank God,” he muttered, collapsing onto the couch.

Mia walked in moments later, picking up her phone. She glanced at him, then at the selfies still on her screen. Her eyes narrowed.

“Tyler, why are there selfies of me on my phone that I didn’t take?”

Tyler froze, his face turning red. “Uh… long story.”

Mia smirked. “Oh, I’m going to enjoy hearing this one.”
