2019, New year, new us.

So this was a end of year wrap up that is about a month overdue. 

First of all, big hello to all the new patrons that I feel have come since the Shapeshifter animation! I've received a lot of messages from you saying that you felt implored to catch up with Shapeshifter and that's really awesome!

That being said, I have to answer if Shapeshifter part 5 will conclude this year, and I'm going to lean on a very optimistic yes. 

A lot has changed in 2019 in terms of this patreons growth. Because of that we have different things to consider now. Around mid 2019 we were averaging around 450 dollars a month which helps but as someone who does art full time there's a lot to catch up on to make the bills, which tipped more in taking commissions and generally stressing my work load. Now we're at 900-ish, which is fucking phenomenal, being at a double income means I get shift priorities around. I'm still doing other commissioned comic work but i'm extremely happy to be working with these clients, some I even consider to be dear friends to me. I've established a comfortable work flow to their work and I believe that on your side you are enjoying them as well!

 The bottom line is, work and financial side is good!
One of the big concerns of recent years was being able to afford a major oral surgery in the future, but with the way things are we're all looking good!

As for the Shapeshifter part 5.

We've made some decent on getting through the first act of the story and I'm hoping to update more frequently so that the sense of pace won't be lost. Narratively speaking, the story is heading into a much more stakes driven plot with all sorts of twists and turns, I wan't to ensure that updates come fast and plentiful, so please bear with me on that whilst I try to reduce my queue.

As for the Patreon.

I'm hoping to integrate a third tier soon at the 3 dollar mark where we can all vote on maybe a monthly picture to draw, if you're familiar with other artists who do this you can know what to expect here.

Sorry January was a bit slow. PC parts needed replacing and also there were some health concerns.
