ADVICE

All the nails are already in place for hands but are as individuals. Use the empty to move the all nail hand.
As you can move each nail seperately, they all have an armature modifier but if you don't want to bother to enter your character's rig for each nail, do it only for one, then select each nail with Shift Left Click in 3d viewport (ctrl left click in outliner) and select the one you assigned to your rig last, then go to the modifier tab, click the arrow facing the bottom and select "copy to selected".
If you prefer all the nails to be joined, feel free to do so. Select all of them and press Ctrl J in 3D viewport.
Don't forget to parent the nails to your character armature (Ctrl P> Object keep transform), if you are used to move it in object mode.
