To answer some questions: The Emotional Song Pact language ( e.g "som sie-na-eq ih=ba-fawy-ir;") is normally used as the language of communication between certain "Creatures" and their harmonized partner. Basically these creatures are capable of weaving song magic, but lack vocal cords, so they harmonize with humans who can then sing for them. That is the main purpose of Emotional Song Pact. In this case, strangely, the heroine singing is harmonized with the "Robot" character who is the player. REON-4213 on the other hand (e.g "QuelI->{Cls(ethes f ds-b ciol) {EX[zep]->{ciol f koh};" ), is used specifically to feed execution instructions to the Surge Concerto Terminal, the main control console for the Migratory Starship Soreil, which is the colony ship that the game primarily takes place on.
