The Artroom Lifestream [ Important Update]

Hello my lovelies. I hope this update finds you well and safe!

I can’t say much for the way March turned itself on its head; at the start of this month I had so many plans and was determined to make some wild life changes and yet I sit here now, debating whether it's even worth changing out of my PJs in the morning. (It is not.)

As it were with myself, I’m sure many of you are going through similar levels of ennui- if not also rejoicing a little that it is finally time to flex that hermit introvert muscle you’ve been training all these years. Levity aside though, I am also painfully aware that many people are going to be struggling as the economy takes a hit during the lockdown.

It’s because of this that I’ve made a decision to create “The Artroom Lifestream”- a fund where I’ll deposit all of my April Patreon earnings in order to support and give back to any of my patrons going through a difficult time because of the pandemic.

For two and a half years, you’ve all supported me and my dream, helping me turn my little business into a thriving community of friends that I adore. I can’t imagine any of what I do without you all, so I feel very strongly about showing my gratitude by returning the support in what measure I can.

How will it work?

The fund will launch with a deposit of $1000 which will go to support any of you directly affected by the Covid-19 crisis.

Whether you need help paying a bill, rent, buying essentials or even maintaining your sanity via subs to entertainment or learning platforms (such as this here Patreon), as well as any other basic need not listed here, you are welcome to ask for the support. 

As it is a small fund for now, donations will be capped at a max of 75$ per person (ie, 14~ donations). While I appreciate this is quite limited, it’s what I have estimated to be within my means at the time being.

Because of that, I would also ask everyone to treat this offer respectfully, only requesting the support if it's truly needed to make sure that those who might need it most are not left out.

As the month progresses, I will post updates of what remains in the fund- though naturally keeping all names and donations anonymous.

The fund will remain open until it is depleted or until the Covid-19 crisis subsides.

How do I request help?

If you find yourself needing the support, please email me at artroom.lifestream@gmail.com with your Patreon/Discord username and situation. I’ll do my best to assess this and get back to you within 1-2 days of your message.

The funds will be sent via Paypal, so please make sure your account is in order should you need to request the support.
