Happy New Year!

...or, happy first week of the year! You can well see that I am steadfast on my resolution of being faster and more timely about things.

Firstly, I want to say yet another massive thank you for seeing me through 2018 and being with me here at the start of a new and hopefully exciting 2019. I'm very much looking forward to bringing you more and better art this year!

Secondly, about that: last year much of my art revolved around the FFXIV community and characters. While I adore this fandom and appreciate it's what got me here, I have been itching to branch out a little bit more, to add more variety into my gallery. So starting this month, I will be looking to other fandoms for creative inspiration- such as Kingdom Hearts, which is coming out later in January to an audience that's 15 years too old to remember thewhointhewhatnow is going on.

To that end, your input and feedback on what other games, movies, anime or else you'd like me to draw for is more than welcome! And of course, I will continue to draw for FFXIV and WoW in between variations.

Thirdly, just a quick reminder that sometime in November I changed all raffle rewards to consistent "Loyalty Bonuses", meaning that all patrons on Intermediate tiers and higher get free illustrations after they subscribe for a while! This change was introduced after I was informed that Patreon doesn't allow raffles and will suspend your account for it (please note if you run your own patreon!), but in all honesty, I think this works better as a way to appreciate your support.

If you're due a reward, I will contact you either via Discord (Int, Adv and Adv+ - make sure you join if you haven't already!) or via Patreon message.

And that aside, I am always open to hearing what other rewards you'd like me to offer or which of the current ones could be improved/isn't really hitting the mark. Your feedback is always loved here!

Lastly, many of you are currently on my commission waiting list, to be contacted for an upcoming slot. I want to thank you all for your patience with me- last year was extremely packed in with work (this and my part-time gig in London) and personal circumstances (I was whisked away in an ambulance for the first time!) and though I got a lot done in between all of that, I want to make sure I push even harder this year. I am making my best effort to speed up and plow through the list before June, so please cling on for the ride - foot's slamming down on this pedal in 3, 2...
