Opening Discord to Intermediate Patrons
From August, I will be opening up the Discord channel to Intermediate patrons, who will have access to the General, Livestream, Gaming and Gallery rooms. Art Feedback and Art Resources will continue to be restricted to Advanced and Advanced+.
The reasoning behind this change is, as most changes go, some feedback I received regarding my levels of engagement. I understand that the 2-3 posts I make on here a month might not be a good reflection the activity going on between those posts. The truth is, I'm always doing something - easily working 11-12 hours a day on something new, always sharing a some kind of content or seeking the advice of my patrons on what they want to see next! But a lot of that happens in the chat room and in order for you to see that, I need to throw the doors open!
So from August, please accept the invite you should be receiving in your inboxes along with your rewards. If you don't - or if you want to be invited sooner - please send me a DM and I'll get that sorted for you!
Commission waiting times
I appreciate that there have been some concerns with commission waiting times recently and I want to apologise for the delays. Unfortunately, a combination of personal and health issues, piled onto some pretty complex orders have meant a slowdown that's progressively made things pile up over the course of the months.
The list is starting to unblock and things are getting back on track now, so hopefully this won't be an issue much longer. However, my inbox and email are always open for any questions or concerns! I'm always happy to talk things out and clarify or reassure if needed!
Reward packages not sending
I don't know how extensive this issue is, but some people did not receive their rewards last month. If you didn't receive your package, please do let me know and I'll rectify this as soon as possible!
