About the location versus character thing you mentioned after Malkuth's theme. Technically, each of these themes is the theme for the floor AND the head Librarian. Malkuth is too positive to be bothered, Netzach is too negative to be bothered. And Drunk, he REALLY likes his alcohol. Netzach does also avoid doing his job. Malkuth is very focused on her job. Really thinking on it, they are definitely quite opposite of one another in a lot of ways. Your Netzach summary was pretty spot on. And I feel like the fact that the music portrays that, and that you got it from the music is both a note on your good analytical skills, and the skills of the musicians to be able to capture those feelings.
