The other familiar part of this song that I think you were feeling vibes of would be Broken Sun. Broken Sun and Wrathful Cerulean Flames take place a great many chapters apart from one another, but are both massively important moments for Amiya. This song incorporates parts of both. A realization and change into a final form is a very apt description of what happens. Spoilers below: Part of the big realization is that Theresa, at least the version of her that Amiya knew and loved, is gone, and that Amiya is now the successor in true of the Civilight Eterna, the crown of the Sarkaz.
