Hello my Sweethearts!

The spring has finally reached the time when the daylight starts to get longer, sharing more of the precious sunlight and warms. Even so I do hope it won’t be too hot this summer like it was the previous year, causing too much trouble with forest fires and overheating.
Now when we have more “stable” weather it’s a good time to start thinking about vacations. If not to a different country, but local camping might be more than enough.
We might have forgotten about it, but the pandemic is still here and we should be aware of it when going out to crowded places. Especially after winter period, when most of us have vitamin deficiency and our bodies are more vulnerable.
So, as always, I’m asking you to take proper care of your health and pay attention to your loved ones.
By the way, what are you planning to do on this year’s vacation period? )

For me I don’t know what we’re gonna do, and if this moment will happen at all. I recently was able to finally leave one of my side jobs. The one I didn’t enjoy, the one that took a lot from me rather than giving. And can finally enjoy my other side job, that brings a lot to the moral and financial table. I almost forgot how it felt when you leave the job you didn’t like and feel so much joy because of it. )

Like many of my friends jokingly say: “Dobby is free!”
Since I started that mentioned other side job only at the start of 2023, I’m still new there, so I don’t know when I’ll be able to get my precious vacation time. Even so, I think we might end up spending it on Dzikan photoshoots. I hope there'll be an option to be able to do both without any harm.

Random thought and question: Are you lucky in lotteries or any kind of prize draw events? As for me and Tao, both of us are very unlucky in any kind of this staff. On the other hand, we prefer not to participate in them and don’t gamble. Ok, Tao once won a can of horseradish, which is funny because horseradish in Russian sounds exactly like the word “crap” and aside from that has the meaning of “penis” in a less vulgar way - Хрен (hren). So technically won nothing. )
As you know I’m a big fan of Final Fantasy 14. Square Enix holds events dedicated to this game every year. For example this year it’ll be in Las Vegas, London and Tokyo (not sure). So there was a lottery where you could win two tickets to the London event. Did I participate? Yes. Did I won? No. Eh…
On the other hand we don’t have a huge headache about getting visas and other travel costs, which are extremely high…
Once again, are you lucky with lotteries? If yes, what was your biggest prize? )

While writing this post I found out that I almost don’t have any stories left to share with you from the Mikasa photoshoot. It just happened without any troubles. The model we have was perfect for the character, the costume and wig were ready, location set was booked. The only downside might be the absence of backstage. I physically couldn’t shoot it, because I was shooting the photoshoot itself, and Tao wasn’t able to be there at the time.
On the good side we have 25 beautiful polished images in total with possibility to add 1-2 portraits (but I’m not sure). )
