Well, I have advanced a lot in this drawing, I added more details to the skin, such as some imperfections, moles and marks.
On the shirt, use a very useful and subtle texture to give that fabric effect.
On the jacket he uses a noise texture along with other gradient layers with a blue and yellow color to focus the sun.
In the stockings I used a slightly strange texture, since they are grids together with another one above that contains noise, so I could get that effect
