First things I did was edit the background. I added curtains I found on a stock image website and the pentagram decor. I also removed the wrinkles from the backdrop and rug. Then I adjusted the sharpness, noise and blur of all the layers to better match one another. Next I adjust the lighting and overall tone/color to the photo to blend things together a bit more. The curtains still looked like a digital painting (since they were) but all the real curtain ones I found looked... not so great ;^^. It'll have to do.

Now I moved on the editing my skin. Removing blemishes and adding a slight surface blur. After that I edited my eyes. This time I didn't use the hue and saturation tool. Since my eyes are brown they don't really get a red option that way. Instead I added a new layer, made small dots all around the iris of my eye in red and added a small gaussian blur. Then I set the layer to color dodge and adjusted the opacity.
