PLEASE READ!!!
This folder contains 3 folders:
-Stand_Black_Small
-Stand_Flying
-Stand_Rock
Each model stand is designed for different purposes:
Black_Small is intended for small to medium models.
Example Compatibility: Smaller models with four legs like Azuros, Blangonga, or wyverns with two legs like Yian Kut-ku, Khezu, Rathian.
NOT Compatible: Larger models like Deviljho, Plesioth, Gravios. Models with unorthodox bodies like Seltas Queen, Nu Udra.
Black_Tiny is intended for flying small models; made specifically for Hirabami and Vespoid Queen.
Example Compatibility: Small flying models like Vespoid Queen, Hirabami, Remobra.
NOT Compatible: Medium to Larger models; anything from Rathalos to Deviljho and larger.
NOTE: REQUIRES EXTRA PIECES FOR MODELS OTHER THAN VESPOID QUEEN, HIRABAMI, and REMOBRA!
Flying is intended for models with wings that you'd like to have "flying".
Example Compatibility: Medium sized wyverns like Yian Kut-ku, Khezu, Rathian. Lighter Weight Elder Dragons like Kushala Daora, Gore Magala.
NOT Compatible: Larger models like Fatalis, Alatreon, Gravios, Namielle.
Iceshard_Cliffs is intended specifically for Jin Dahaad.
Example Compatibility: Jin Dahaad.
NOT Compatible: Anything but Jin Dahaad, however I'm sure you could attach other monsters and hunters with extra pieces.
Rock is intended for medium to large models, or groups of smaller models.
Example Compatibility: Wyverns like Yian Kut-ku, Khezu, Rathian, Elder Dragons like Valstrax, Nergigante, Namielle. Leviathans like Lagiacrus, Agnaktor.
NOT Compatible: Very large models like Fatalis, Alatreon, Gravios.
I cannot guarantee compatibility for every single monster.
The instructions and parts list include several optional pieces that are intended for builders like yourself to manually adjust the stand for your preferred model.
Obviously, because each Monster is different, they require their own configurations. Plus, you may want to pose them in a unique way, so the extra pieces allow for this.
This REQUIRES the BUILDER (you) to have a more nuanced understanding of LEGO, and hopefully you have your own collection of parts to further compliment what is provided in these Model Stands.
IF you already KNOW what kind of configuration you'll need for the monster you want to build a Model Stand for, then you can choose to omit the optional parts you assume you will not need!
You may also need to remove pieces from the underside of monsters, or adjust the feet of monsters. Experiment with what you see fit for the model of your choice.
These Model Stands are meant to be inspirational models, to push Builders like yourself to create scenes with your models using pieces of your choice.
As always, please follow the video guide on acquiring pieces via Bricklink.com. The video is pinned to the top of my Patreon and linked in the about page.
Thanks for all the support!
