READ ME:
The Ice Armor is optional, however it is included in the XML file anyway.
If for whatever reason you DO NOT WANT the ice armor, then remove ALL White pieces from your Bricklink cart, barring the couple needed for the tail's ice rapier.

When Ice Armor is added to the body, it gets much heavier, and despite my best efforts to make the wings sturdy, they will start to droop when Ice Armor is added.

This build was very difficult for me, and I am personally not happy with it.
Velkhana does not translate well to LEGO. The Ice Armor looks blocky and weird.

I decided to go against adapting her color scheme 1-1 as it is on the in-game model.
(White & Lavender body, with bright light blue ice armor)

Instead I went with a stylized color option.
(Bright Light Blue & Lavender Body, with White Ice Armor)

This was after experimenting with the colors and looking at artwork of the creature.
In many artistic depictions of Velkhana by the fan community, they also adopt this stylized color option.

I personally made this choice because:
-Bright Light Blue LEGO does NOT match the Bright Light Blue Ice Armor, it is TOO BLUE
-Bright Light Blue LEGO does NOT have enough part options yet to make the Ice Armor

Above all, I want the Ice Armor to STAND OUT, and it stands out the most strikingly with White, not Blue.

Thanks for all the support. I have many more builds on the way, not sure exactly which one is coming next yet; but expect something smaller and easier on me, haha.
