2023-06-01 17:14:10 +0000 UTCI think you should download it again, maybe the file got corrupted through the download or extraction. I downloaded it, and tested both with Notepad and they work fine.

2023-06-01 02:52:59 +0000 UTCOk so I copy and paste the Xml format but it said Invalid File Format: File is not allowed in prolog. I made sure to upload the file on Xml and have it under add Xml Spec.
